Why don't you accept new paypal account?

We don't accept new paypal account. It should be 15 days old. As we know. The payment which is from new paypal account
will be held by paypal company easy. So we don't accept it to avoid issue and trouble.

How long does it take for my payment made via Paypal to be processed?

If you are using E-Check, the process will take up to 3-5 business days due to clearance process.
If you are using Credit Card/ Paypal account balance, the process is almost immediate and delivery will be done as soon as
Paypal alerts us with regards to your payment. We will then do the delivery soon as we have verified all your details.

Why do I have to enter my credit card number when paying via PayPal?

The buyer would be asked to enter the credit card number initially if it is not a confirmed shipping address providing to
complete the transaction. It actually could be a number of reasons PayPal will need to look at the buyer account or payment

I made an order but selected the wrong payment method, how do I cancel the order?

Once you have realized that you selected the wrong payment gateway, you can click on the "My Order" button in your
Gkplayer Account at our website and return to the payment selection page, provided that you have not already clicked
on 'Confirm Order'.

If you have already clicked on confirm order. Contact our live chat to ensure that the payment has not been charged. Once
you have verified that no payment has been made, you would have to place a new order as we cannot change the payment
selection once an order is placed.

What is a pending e-check, and why do i need to wait for it to clear ?

A pending e-check is a type of payment option available with Paypal.
A pending e-check is just like writing a normal check, except electronically.
Just like normal checks, pending e-checks take a few days to clear while Paypal verifies the funds are present within the
senders account.

How do i avoid sending an e-check ?

An e-check results when a payment is sent from an unverified account without sufficient balance in the Paypal account to
cover the cost of the order.

Paypal must contact the bank and verify that the funds are present, thus the cause of the 3 to 4 day delay.
